We are delivering as an Essential Service
We are pleased to announce we have received formal approval from MBIE and MPI to resume operations as an essential service during the Level 4 Covid-19 lockdown.
We know that delivering Care Packages to your loved ones has never been more of a priority, and the news that we are now available to deliver will be welcomed by many who are waiting to send love and care to their families and friends during this challenging period of isolation.
Please plan and order in advance during this time! Due to staff and courier capacity being limited over the coming weeks, and orders being in very high demand, we may be limited in how many care package orders we can take per day. Please plan ahead with your orders – if you need delivery for a specific date, please order as soon as you can.
Couriers are very busy working on essential services at the moment and are short staffed, so we can't guarantee your parcel will arrive next day – it may take 1-2 days (or for rural 2-3 days). Please be assured that our care packages are very carefully packaged and very well insulated, so they will be fine to last over the time taken to deliver.
Food safety has always been of utmost importance to us at Angel Delivery, especially given we often deliver to vulnerable people. Please note we have introduced new protocols at our high grade food production facility to protect our staff and products, through the use of PPE, social distancing in the workplace, staggered shift patterns and self-isolation outside of work. This helps to ensure our team and our products are protected as much as possible.
Delivering the gift of food to people's homes is our speciality, we have been doing it for over ten years. We know this special service is needed by our people now, more than ever. We're all in this together, please be kind to one another.
We're here for you - if you ever have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to pick up the phone, we're here to talk and help during this difficult time.
Take care and stay safe, New Zealand!
